I am an experienced bilingual (Spanish) school psychologist with 25 years of service in both private and public education sectors. I hold a Masters of Education (M. Ed) and specialist equivalent in School Psychology from Bowling Green State University.
I am licensed by both the State of Ohio Department of Education and the State of West Virginia. In addition, I am licensed by the Ohio Psychology Board for independent practice in the state of Ohio.
My skills include educational assessment, interventions, disability identification, and legal compliance. With a strong understanding of special education and Section 504 ethics and law, I am committed to ensuring that students and parents receive the support and resources they need to succeed.

Psychoeducational Evaluations
Psychoeducational evaluations assess a student’s cognitive abilities, academic skills, and emotional functioning to identify learning disabilities, strengths, and areas needing support, guiding tailored educational interventions and accommodations.
Individualized Counseling
Individualized counseling service offers tailored support, skill-building, goal-setting, and progress monitoring for K-12 students, with collaboration between educators and parents to address emotional, behavioral, and academic needs.
Parent Consultation
My parent consultation service involves collaborative discussions, reviewing evaluation results, developing personalized strategies, and providing ongoing support to ensure consistent, effective intervention for the child at home and school. I also assist families in accessing local government, community, and special needs funding and support resources
